Brittany traditional shallots
The connoisseur shallots “come” from Brittany, the spiritual home of this flavourful ingredient French chefs so adore. Brittany shallots can be used in salad dressings, in making shallot vinegar, and compound butter, to sauté with green beans, or on baked oysters in beurre blanc, in classic sauces such as Perigeux, Bordelaise, Marchant de vin, Moutarde and lentil stews. Brittany shallots have a faint garlic smell and taste, but possess a more intriguing and deeper flavour.
We can deliver loose, braided, or bagged Brittany shallots. Special packaging is always welcome.

Grey shallots can be enjoyed in various ways. You can use chopped grey shallots in your vinaigrette sauce, or have them with beetroots (perfect combination). Beurre blanc" translates into English as "white butter." It's a rich, buttery, slightly tangy sauce usually associated with the cuisine of the Loire Valley, the origin of the grey shallots. It has been insisted by some gourmet cuisine that real beurre blanc can only be made with the local grey shallots grown in Loire Valley.

At the beginning, all our prices are given ex works Rungis ( Paris France ). From then we adapt our level of service to each one of our customers: some wish to organize themselves the freight of their supplies, others prefer that we organize all the transport and handling to their warehouses. In this case we deliver DDP.
In the same way, if a product doesn’t belong to our program, we search it for our customer.
